F5 MERV 5 Synthetic Fiber Ceiling Air Filter

The F5 MERV 5 Synthetic Fiber Ceiling Air Filter is made from fracture-resistant synthetic fiber fully dipped in water-soluble resin, with a high-density polyester cloth or net backing on the air outlet side; its layered fiber density ensures strong air permeability and even airflow distribution. Available in five models (400-650g, 22-24mm thick) with efficiency from 93.1% to 99.9%, max airflow of 900m³/h, heat resistance up to 100°C, and F-1/UL900 Class 2 flame resistance, it’s widely used in automotive painting, furniture spraying lines, dust-free workshops, HVAC systems, and other high-standard air purification and coating applications.

Filament hot-melt fracture-resistant synthetic fiber, fully dipped with high-quality water-soluble resin through multiple processes. Add high-density polyester cloth or net on the air outlet side.

By increasing the fiber density layer by layer, air permeability can be improved, and sufficient airflow is ensured to evenly distribute airflow in the working space.
