The G3G4 Fiberglass Floor Vent Filter (Paint Stop Media Roll) is made from high-quality finespun green/white fiberglass, evenly graded in density to effectively absorb and hold oil mist and dust, with friction-generated static electricity that efficiently traps overspray particles for cleaner exhaust and internal air circulation. Available in four models (LH-200G to LH-320G, 200-320g, 30-100mm thick, filtration grades G2-G4), with 80.5% efficiency, initial/final resistance from 10-20pa to 130-200pa, nominal velocity of 2.5m/s, dust holding capacity up to 470g/m², max airflow up to 5680m³/h, heat resistance to 170°C, and F-1/UL900 Class 2 flame resistance, it’s an ecological filter media widely used in automotive/furniture paint spray booths and coating production lines to ensure high arrestance and even air pressure.

Material

Fiberglass filter media is made of high-quality, environmentally friendly fine-spun fiberglass in green and white colors. By sorting the fiberglass density evenly and in an orderly manner, the media can completely absorb and store oil mist and dust with better structure.

The friction between the glass fiber and the pressurized air will produce static electricity, absorbing excess spray paint particles efficiently, which can make the exhaust air more environmentally friendly, and the air is cleaner during the internal circulation.

Application
